1992 Calem Quinta da Foz
Orange rim, centre a rich red. Some sediment present. Absolutely lovely nose of red fruit and sherbert. On the palate, medium weight with good fruit. Not serious but good drinking.

Consumed 6/4/22.

Deep crimson, almost opaque with a wide rim. Fragrant nose of attractive fruit. Sweet, balanced entry with a slight thickness to the texture. Full bodied fruit with a fine-grained tannic core. Warm aftertaste, gently peppery with a very long fruit and dark chocolate finish. This is excellent Port! Very lovely. 92/100. Tasted 06-Apr-22. Decanted 10½ hours.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
