Nice nose, kirsch, tea, damson jam, plum and prune. I would have liked a little more acidity to balance against the sweetness however the finish is medium plus long. Not bad, in fact a very good port. 89/100

A good rich red. Nose of licorice. A slight stink or pungency. On the palate, cherry. A bit one-note. Hot on finish. Disappointing.

Consumed 6/4/22.

Mature red colour, brick in tone; 70% opaque. Soft and mature fruit on the nose, delicious. Sweet fruit on the palate with a lovely balance of structure and finesse. Mouth-filling and delicious. Warm menthol on the aftertaste with slightly bitter fruit leading to a finish of candied cherry. A nice Port, rich and a little more full than a mid-weight Port. A good start to the tasting. 89/100. Tasted 06-Apr-22. Decanted 1 day.

40% opacity, mature red, pink at the rim, slightly cloudy. Dusty red fruit. Lovely round, chewy mouthfeel, cherries, cranberries, nice balance.
